Return and Exchange Policy
Items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund or equivalent exchange. They must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Items not in the same condition as when purchased may be denied a refund or exchange or may require a restocking fee. All bundled items and components included in the original purchase must be returned for a refund.
All items are covered by our limited One-Year warranty. Please refer to our warranty terms for specifics of the Agreement.
Warranty Terms (One Year Warranty Included FREE with all Purchases)
Every item that you purchase from us is warrantied for one-year from the date of purchase. All our Apple/Mac® products are tested and certified, but if something does go wrong, and its covered under this warranty, then at our option we’ll repair your item or give you equivalent credit on an exchange up to the maximum value you paid for the item per the warranty terms. All you have to do contact us and provide proof of purchase.
If you buy something then drop/break/spill on/burn/explode/or run over it, that’s not included in our warranty. Basically if you physically break it you’ve bought it – physical damage is not covered. If it comes with something broken, we’ll make it right under the terms of our warranty up to the maximum value you paid for the item. Extended two and three year warranties follow the same guidelines as the initial one year warranty period, and upgrade the warranty to accordance to the amount purchased.

Nope, not covered by warranty
We don’t cover items that are accidentally or intentionally damaged, such as by:
We don’t cover accessories and consumable parts that are meant to be replaced by the consumer like power adapters and batteries, scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed parts resulting from normal use, items with warranty labels removed or illegible serial numbers.
We don’t cover software issues. We will help you troubleshoot the issue to determine if it’s a software or hardware issue.
We don’t cover defects or damage resulting from use of the item in other than its normal and customary manner; from misuse, accident or neglect or fraudulent misrepresentation; from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind; or items disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim; or items located outside the United States or used commercially.
This Agreement is extended to you as the original buyer only and so you cannot assign or transfer it to subsequent buyers and it is not renewable.
WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, LOST DATA RESULTING FROM THE BREAKDOWN OR FAILURE OF ANY ITEM OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICING OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE ON ANY COVERED ITEM. EXCLUSION IS MADE OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES MADE HEREIN.
