Shipping and returns
We know that you’re in a hurry to get your Apple® stuff, and we want to put it in your hands as quickly and affordably as possible! For that reason we offer FREE standard shipping on all purchases. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at an extra charge at checkout. If there’s a delay for any reason, you’ll be contacted.
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your items if you wish to return or exchange. Most items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund. They must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Items that are damaged my be denied a refund or exchange or may require a restocking fee. All items are covered by our standard warranty, please refer our warranty terms for specifics.

Shipping to MacUnited: Tips and tricks for safe packing
We happily buy back and recycle used Macs® and other Apple® goods. Here are some helpful hints and guidelines to ensure smooth sailing and damage-free delivery:
What you’ll need: Packing tape, a size-appropriate box (don’t squeeze! Get a box with a minimum of 6” of breathing room around your item, preferably more), bubble wrap, peanuts or newspaper.
Wrap it up: Wrap everything in several layers of bubble wrap, so that your mouse, keyboard, etc. are all wrapped separately. We like the 1/8” size bubble wrap. Make sure the bubbles are facing in toward the item with the flat side facing out. Place bubble-wrapped items in one or two boxes so that there’s plenty of space for packing peanuts or newspaper. Make sure that everything is packed securely with padding so that items don’t shift or slip during delivery. Tape securely.
Label it: We will be sending you a pre-paid shipping label with our address and an RMA number.
Send it! Drop off your package with the shipper. You’ll get an email once we’ve received it and your item has passed inspection.
